hello again.

name's emme. i did this a few months back, and it worked out pretty well.  i'm starting to feel a little porky, so i'm getting back into the swing of things.  i start tomorrow, with caloric goals as follows:
in case you don't care... why would you? )

seems random, i know, but it's based on my work schedule and wknds.  i'm excited to get going!  weigh in tomorroooow.

friend me if you like, i don't post very much here but i'm trying to get better.

Hi everyone, hope yous all had a great christmas! I have severly over indulged on drink and food but instead of waiting to the new year i have decided to start my 28 day plan tomorrow.
I going on holiday in may and really want to look good so that will hopfully keep me motivated to lose 40lbs or more. I thought by planning this time will lead to a success instead of taking each day as it comes. So im going to keep a track of everything i do and here seems to be the best place with the motivation of evertone else aswell. Not to sure what diet to do! I dont want to put myself under to much pressure then fail, if you know what i mean. I was thinking maybe doing a 1000kcal a day or maybe just 3 slim fast drinks a day. Anyone have any ideas?
Going to make up my exercise routine for this week now. Good luck everyone, i knows yous can do it :-)

Food - 0/2 estimate of too many calories kept down. fail. by the end of the day i was too exhausted to care =/

Daily Self Esteem Challenge - 2/2 i played with my kittie (i got him some toys for christmas) and coloured in a stained glass photo with these uber markers that my mom gave me for christmas ^.^

Okay, here are my points for today.

Food: 2/2 (I made it through the first 24 hours, now the rest should be easy.)

Exercise: 1/2 (I've been too preoccupied with cleaning and organizing to do much.)

Challenge: 2/2 (I've been cleaning ALL day, and the next two days, at least, will be filled with much more cleaning.)

Hi every body,
I'm back. I realize I kinda fell off the face of the earth for a while there (had some stuff going on that I'd rather not go into detail about) but now I swear I'm gonna stick with it. Yesterday was an epic fail, Christmas managed to coincide perfectly with my PMS and I wound up gorging myself more than I though was humanly possible. Needless to say I was physically ill by the end of the day. Other than that I had a great Christmas.
I'm not going to start dieting hard-core again until after new year but I'm definitely gonna make a conscious effort to cut down on what I'm eating. I'd also like to start focusing more on over all self improvement instead of just loosing weight (I realized that I've been obsessing over the calorie counting part and completely neglecting all the other scoring areas.) I'm off school until January 19th and there's a lot I want to work on between now and then. Among other things, I'm going to be taking a "life time wellness" class in the upcoming semester that will require me to work out 30 minutes a day and I'd like to start exercising a little on my own just to get my body ready for it. I'll be posting my points for today later but I just wanted to touch base.
Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and are looking forward to an even better New Year.

I love Christmas, but all the calories and inactivity it includes makes the rest meaningless. I'll not go into a full fledged rant. It is Christmas, after all.


So Merry Christmas, everyone! I hope no matter how many calories you've consumed that you have had a wonderful Christmas. :)

Food: 1/2 (gah, I was almost fasting today and I thought I ate under 100g of those sausages, but it turns out that... er, I really don't have a good approximation of 100g so it's about 350 calories for today)

Utter fail! I was so surprised when I logged on to fitday.com and the calories just.. added up ridiculously fast.

I reached the 8 glasses, but I had some Nestea in between... and I promised I wouldn't drink any juice at all, so that's 0 for today..

8/10 But I totally deserve -1000000 because I usually eat under 300cals a day and now I ate about 1500! This is NOT good. I mean, yeah, it's Christmas Eve but... NO.

I spent the last three days binging like crazy and this has got to stop. I'm so ashamed and I feel miserable, so as soon as Christmas is over and I'm not forced to eat I'm going to start a week-long fast :/

This round of the 28 Day Plan sucked balls and I think that I probably just gained everything I've lost so far in the past 3 days :'(

Water: 8 glasses - 2 points. 6 glasses - 1 point. 5 and below - 0 points. Any juice at all - automatic 0. Coffee and Milk - minus 1 point.

Exercise: 40 mins jogging 3 times a week (probably MWF).. Sat and Sun I'll do 40 mins of my exercise video. TTh are my late days in school.. well, I'll see what I can do. :)

Challenge - Stop buying food. I'll pack my own lunch everyday. :)

WHEN (not if) I FINISH THIS CYCLE, I will reward myself by buying a book! :D

not such a good day. not much to talk about either. i'm not gonna be able to post for the next couple days cause of christmas and all that, so i'm gonna write down my points in the notebook i carry everywhere with me and i think that should still count as posting. we're just having family over so i don't have the time to go on the internet and stuff. i promise to make it through this cycle but i know i'll do better and actually lose a substantial amount of weight once i start a second cycle in january when the holidays are over. i'm super tired and i almost forgot to post again cause i was about to fall asleep. goodnight, xx
